Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance reviews and career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in compliance and HR policy development.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
