Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
- Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for employees at all levels.
- Partner with senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with organizational objectives and cultural values.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Mentor and coach managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and career development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning technologies, adult learning theories, and talent development.
- Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and external training partnerships to optimize resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Articulate 360).
- Excellent analytical and project management skills to measure training impact and ROI.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
