Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms and job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide feedback to the HR team.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR software or ATS tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
