Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for roles across Bali.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
