Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals and local regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance, leave management, and other welfare programs.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
