Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and aligned with company needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline health.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment or the Indonesian job market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
