Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and candidate quality.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and client interactions.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
