Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Participate in performance management processes, including feedback collection and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Passion for HR and people development with a desire to pursue a career in the field.
