Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
