Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective candidate and client management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and competitor activities to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, market insights, and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
