Responsibility
- Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top-tier candidates.
- Negotiate job offers and close deals with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and recruitment targets through proactive business development.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences to build long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
