Responsibility

  • Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Leverage job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and close deals with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and recruitment targets through proactive business development.
  • Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences to build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
