Responsibility
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure the best fit for our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in business development activities to expand our client base and grow our recruitment services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
