Responsibility

  • Coordinate and execute SEEK's graduate programs across Asia, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for graduates, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their program journey.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to design and implement program improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking events for graduates, both virtually and in-person.
  • Monitor program KPIs and prepare regular reports on participation, engagement, and success metrics for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external partners, including universities and training providers, to enhance program offerings and partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in graduate development and early-career talent management to ensure SEEK's programs remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or talent development, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire early-career professionals.
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and remote teams across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
