Responsibility
- Facilitate effective communication between Mandarin-speaking employees and management to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Assist in onboarding new international hires, providing cultural orientation and HR policy guidance.
- Translate and localize HR documents, policies, and announcements to ensure accessibility for all employees.
- Coordinate cross-cultural training programs to promote understanding and collaboration within the team.
- Support conflict resolution by mediating discussions and providing culturally sensitive solutions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Organize team-building activities that celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by screening candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating cultural fit.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
- Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or employee relations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HR software, ATS, or other relevant tools for record-keeping and reporting.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a passion for promoting inclusivity in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, contract-based role.
