Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage workforce planning and budgeting to support business growth and operational needs.
- Oversee General Affairs functions, including office administration, facilities management, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all company operations.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR and operational matters.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
