Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s client portfolio in the Malaysian market.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate accounts through cold calling, networking, and digital lead generation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and C-suite executives.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close recruitment service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment business development, or professional services consulting.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new business and managing key client accounts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client needs.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
  • High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
