Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
