Responsibility
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus.
