Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (e.g., ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define job requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role (internships included).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS software) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Passion for connecting with people and a genuine interest in talent development.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali (relocation support may be provided).
