Responsibility
- Coordinate and support payroll processing for APAC employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping in HRIS systems.
- Assist in regional HR compliance, including labor laws, tax regulations, and employment policies across APAC countries.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Support HR reporting and analytics, providing insights on workforce trends and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-border HR initiatives, including benefits administration and mobility programs.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, or People Operations, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of APAC labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is highly desirable.
