As a Recruitment Assistant, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms where necessary.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia (a plus).
