Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the full recruitment cycle for cruise line crew positions, from job postings to onboarding.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on cruise line requirements, ensuring alignment with role specifications.
- Conduct initial interviews (phone/video) and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Liaise with cruise line clients to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts, ensuring compliance with maritime labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and facilitate pre-employment medical checks, certifications, and documentation for successful candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role (maritime/hospitality industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing and selection techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM tools).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with maritime industry standards and cruise line operations is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
