Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace efficiency.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize and maintain office administrative functions, such as procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll processes.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in managing employee relations, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
