Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices in Indonesia.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote setting as needed.
