Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices in Indonesia.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote setting as needed.
