Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary bands, bonuses, and incentives, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive positioning and internal equity.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop budgets for compensation and benefits, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other financial rewards.
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on program utilization.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, or disparities, and recommend improvements to enhance fairness and retention.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits, and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and labor laws in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and compensation benchmarking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, management, and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with international compensation practices is an advantage.
