Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and career development programs.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee retention and organizational culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
