As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and career development programs.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee retention and organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
