Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including job postings, interview coordination, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Support the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including orientation sessions and skill enhancement workshops.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities to boost morale and engagement.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies in all administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) is advantageous.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
