Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including job postings, interview coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Support the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including orientation sessions and skill enhancement workshops.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities to boost morale and engagement.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies in all administrative processes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) is advantageous.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a bonus.
