Responsibility
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes for assigned entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Maintain documentation of financial processes and controls.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
