Responsibility
- Prepare and submit SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPG) claims accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance policies.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers and statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate financial reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on financial procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial governance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
