Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decision-making.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and assisting with audit inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a branch or multi-location environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
