Responsibility
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to payroll.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and payroll calculations.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
