Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
