Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial transactions and flag any discrepancies for further investigation.
- Support the finance team in preparing for external audits and ensuring all documentation is audit-ready.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification in accounting or tax (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
