Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute audit engagements in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and supervise audit teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance financial processes.
- Prepare and review audit reports, financial statements, and related documentation for clients.
- Liaise with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and provide professional advice.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Mentor and train junior auditors, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive audit and advisory services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or audit, with a proven track record in leading audit engagements.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards (e.g., ISA, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
