Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of reconciliation specialists to ensure accurate and timely financial data processing.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation activities for accounts, transactions, and financial statements.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline reconciliation workflows.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on reconciliation activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Treasury, IT) to address systemic issues and improve data integrity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the team meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on industry best practices, financial regulations, and technological advancements in reconciliation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reconciliation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in banking operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance (e.g., BI, OJK standards).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel advanced functions) and reconciliation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to draft clear reports and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and ethical standards.
