Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, and financial institutions to secure funding opportunities.
- Identify, analyze, and present funding solutions tailored to client needs, including loans, credit facilities, and investment products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., risk management, compliance, and product development) to structure competitive funding proposals.
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to optimize funding strategies and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and financial models to stakeholders and potential investors.
- Achieve quarterly and annual funding targets by proactively sourcing and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor offerings to position BPR Karya Prima Sentosa as a preferred financial partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, funding, corporate banking, or financial sales.
- Proven track record of securing funding, managing portfolios, and meeting sales targets in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products, credit analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for client meetings.
