Responsibility
- Assist in the sales and promotion of banking products and services to new and existing clients.
- Conduct client consultations to understand financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Process account openings, loan applications, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch or regional management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AUBâs products, policies, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior sales or banking experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial software.
