Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of group-wide forecasting models to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
- Drive RAROC (Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital) allocation processes to ensure efficient capital deployment across business units.
- Design and implement scenario analysis frameworks to assess potential business outcomes and strategic risks.
- Collaborate with Group FP&A to standardize financial planning processes and improve cross-regional alignment.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership for capital management and investment decisions.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of long-term financial strategies to enhance profitability and shareholder value.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, RAROC allocation, or risk management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor team members in a collaborative environment.
