Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve institutional targets.
- Oversee the sales management team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
