Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives, providing personalized loan solutions.
- Evaluate loan applications, including creditworthiness, financial stability, and risk assessment.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment plans, and other financial details in a clear and transparent manner.
- Collaborate with banking partners and internal teams to process loan approvals efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present financial reports, proposals, and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or loan consulting (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and financial risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and financial tools is a plus.
