Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between stakeholders, leveraging Mandarin language skills.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Organize and participate in business meetings, negotiations, and events.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in business development, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
