Responsibility
- Assist in the digital transformation of Hong Kong’s pension market by migrating traditional processes to e-channel platforms.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality, identify bugs, and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
- Analyze pension operation data to identify inefficiencies and propose digital solutions for optimization.
- Support the implementation of new e-pension features, including testing, troubleshooting, and user feedback integration.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
- Maintain accurate records of UAT results, system issues, and resolution tracking.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative ideas for process automation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of pension systems, financial services, or digital banking is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UAT methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks is advantageous.
