Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to ensure timely loan repayments and resolve any payment delays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and empathetic communication.
- Monitor and track client payment schedules, providing reminders and follow-ups as needed.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on collection activities, client interactions, and payment statuses.
- Collaborate with the branch team to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Educate clients on loan terms, repayment options, and financial literacy to promote responsible borrowing.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 in Finance, Business, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in collections, sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to drive and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (valid driver’s license required).
- High attention to detail, discipline, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial products, loan terms, and collection processes is advantageous.
