Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and customers to drive growth.
- Oversee and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze branch metrics, and implement corrective actions to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with risk management, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Represent the bank in local events, partnerships, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a branch level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving branch profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build customer trust.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital banking and financial technology (FinTech) trends is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
