Responsibility
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients with account openings, closures, and general inquiries in a professional manner.
- Balance cash drawers and verify daily transaction records to ensure financial accuracy.
- Promote bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, to meet sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in banking, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
