Responsibility
- Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including valuation analysis, risk assessment, and synergy modeling.
- Develop financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis) to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, operations) to structure and execute M&A transactions.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to identify potential targets or risks.
- Assist in negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
- Provide post-merger integration support, including performance tracking and ROI analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements in all financial reporting and transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SEA or APAC markets and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
