Responsibility

  • Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.

  • Promote bank products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans, to meet sales targets.
  • Balance cash drawers daily and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates while verifying identity and documentation.
  • Handle foreign currency exchanges and traveler’s checks as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to security protocols for cash handling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in banking, customer service, or cash handling roles.
