Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote bank products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans, to meet sales targets.
- Balance cash drawers daily and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates while verifying identity and documentation.
- Handle foreign currency exchanges and traveler’s checks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to security protocols for cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance goals and participate in training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in banking, customer service, or cash handling roles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
