Responsibility
- Coordinate with Verification Supervisors, Managers, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient verification processes.
- Conduct on-site inspections and verifications of motorcycle collateral to assess condition, authenticity, and compliance with financing requirements.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and documentation for internal review and approval.
- Liaise with customers, dealers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to motorcycle financing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and track verification progress to meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency in verification standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in verification, auditing, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle financing processes and collateral verification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
