Suzuki Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Collection Head to lead our collections operations across key Sumatera regions, including Batam, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Jambi, and Bandar Lampung. This is a critical leadership role for a professional with a proven track record in multifinance collections, asset recovery, and strategic debt management.
As the Collection Head, you will oversee a high-performing team, develop and implement data-driven collection strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing recovery rates. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, minimize credit losses, and enhance customer relationships through ethical and effective collection practices.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize asset recovery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection officers across multiple Sumatera branches.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and customer service teams to resolve complex delinquency cases.
- Design and implement early warning systems and proactive collection campaigns.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on collection metrics, recovery rates, and operational efficiency to senior management.
- Negotiate and finalize settlement agreements with delinquent customers while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or credit risk management within the multifinance or banking industry.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and achieving KPI-driven collection targets.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI) and collection best practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in collection software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Sumatera regions (Batam, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Jambi, Bandar Lampung).
