Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their financial needs and business goals.
- Identify and assess funding opportunities, structuring tailored financial solutions such as factoring, invoice financing, or working capital loans.
- Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and present recommendations to internal stakeholders for approval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of financial products.
- Monitor client portfolios, track performance metrics, and proactively address risks or opportunities for upselling.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to position Planworth as a leader in SME financing.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio health, client satisfaction, and business growth to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or SME financing, with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as factoring, trade finance, and working capital solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure deals.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and financial modeling software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
