Responsibility

  • Support the development, review, and enhancement of ERM, TPRM, and BCM frameworks to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and scenario planning to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into business processes and decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk exposure, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in the implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the organization's assets and reputation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with risk management standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate risk awareness training and workshops to foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes to proactively address potential threats.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of ERM, TPRM, and BCM frameworks, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in risk management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
